3. Decontaminate victim without delaying life-saving procedures. <br /> 4. If victim's condition appears to be non-critical, but seems to be more severe than minor cuts, <br /> he/she should be transported to the nearest hospital by trained Emergency Medical Services (EMS) <br /> personnel: let the doctor assume the responsibility for determining the severity of the injury. If the <br /> condition is obviously serious, EMS.must transport the victim. <br /> 5. For minor cuts that require more than jobsite first aid, the victim should be transported to a local <br /> Workers Comp Clinic by a company employee.Never allow the victim to drive himself. <br /> 6..Notify the Project Manager. Complete the applicable Incident Reporting Forms within 24 hrs. <br /> XII. INCIDENT NOTIFICATION PROTOCOL <br /> 1. All incidents need to be reported immediately to the Contractor's Project Manager. <br /> 2. Project Manager is to report incident to Client Project Manager and complete Incident report <br /> within 24 hours. <br /> 3. Project Manager to begin accident investigation,take statements and document findings on <br /> Employers accident investigation forms. <br /> 4. On completion of investigation,retraining or controls are to be set in place as necessary to <br /> mitigate any future repeat of incident. <br /> XIII. DOCUMENTATION <br /> Documentation is to be kept daily by the SSO.
