2.05 O1-BOARD CWWER CONTROL <br /> The system shall include a "State of the Art" Data Acquisition System <br /> for monitoring and engine control. <br /> 2.06 KONIZ RIM <br /> Monitoring shall include a 36 channel data reporting system on engine <br /> vital signs and operation. An LCD monitor shall be supplied to <br /> continuously view the operational data. Also supplied shall be a <br /> 720K, 3.5 inch floppy drive, for data storage. Remote monitoring by <br /> modem shall also be supplied. <br /> 2.07 WELL GAS FMTF.B <br /> The system shall include a well gas filter and moisture knock out. A <br /> transducer shall be included to indicate well gas vacuum levels. <br /> 2.08 EXAOST SYSTEM <br /> The Exhaust System shall include a quad NOx reduction monolith and a <br /> quad hydrocarbon/CO monolith. The oxygen supply to the NOx reduction <br /> unit shall be controlled at all times as 0.52 to 0.7% as read by 02 <br /> sensor in the exhaust manifold. <br /> 3.00 OPERATION <br /> The operation of the system shall be automatic (except for start up, <br /> shut down and RPM set point) and shall not require manual adjustments <br /> for influent gas. supplemental fuel or combustion air. <br /> 4.00 CAPACITIES <br /> 4.01 9ACUMI AND FLOW <br /> The system shall be capable of developing up to 18" Hg at the well gas <br /> inlet. Flow rates shall be from 0 to 500 CFH. These conditions will <br /> depend on soil conditions, hydrocarbon concentration and level of inerts <br /> encountered. <br /> 4.02 HYDROCARBON REWYAL <br /> The system shall be capable of removing 100 to 140 lbs/hr of hydrocarbons <br /> at a total destruction effirfp„ry of QQ_Q72_ <br /> 5.00 SAFETY' FEATURES <br /> 5.01 FIRE CONTROL SYSTEK <br /> A Fire Control System shall be included as an integral part of the unit <br /> and consist of a Kidde 21# dry chemical automatic package with four "Rate <br /> of Rise" temperature probes and a manual emergency overide. <br /> V4/9/91--2 <br />
