The subject property is described <br /> as 10122 West Lane(APN: 120-020-07). The subject property is currently zoned agricultural <br /> (county and use code 007 potential subdivision). The proposed parcel split is for future <br /> development purposes under use county code 007. The developers tentative parcel map a <br /> copy is in the appendix. The surrounding properties are agricultural. Currently water and <br /> sewer for the small residence located on the southwest corner of the parcel is by domestic <br /> well and septic. Electricity and natural gas is provided by PG&E. <br /> 4.0 RECORDS REVIEW <br /> 4.1 Governmental Databases <br /> A search of specified governmental databases according to ASTM standard(E-1527-00)was <br /> conducted to map sites with potential or existing environmental liabilities within a one-mile <br /> radius of the target site. Reference the Online HAZMAT Archives&Records Access Report <br /> Dated: June 3, 2005 a copy is in the appendix of this report. <br /> The data search review showed the following: <br /> • NPL(National Priorities List) The NPL is the EPA's database of hazardous <br /> waste sites identified for remedial actions under the Superf ind program. <br /> The current NPL was reviewed.
