Development Seri ices <br /> 9:30 a.m. 1. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-01-63 OF STOCKTON <br /> JF VALLEY PROPERTIES LLC(C/O STOCKTON DE JA VU <br /> BOUTIQUE). A Site Approval application to convert an existing 3000 <br /> sq. ft. building to retail sales of various boutique items. Located on the <br /> east side of West Lane. 1100' north of Bourbon Street, Stockton (APN: <br /> 117-020-02: Address: 4124 N. West Lane, Stockton). <br /> Jeff Fisher, Associate Planner. and Norm Smith, applicant were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Fisher presented the project. <br /> Mr. Norgard reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr. Norgard informed <br /> Mr. Smith that a soil suitability/nitrate loading study will be required. Mr. Norgard told <br /> Mr. Smith if lie had any questions regarding any of the study's or needed fiirther information <br /> regarding Hcalth issues that he should contact Mr. Johnny Yoakum of the Environmental Health <br /> Division at (209)468-3420. <br /> Mr. Dalton informed Mr. Smith that the Fire requirements \\ill be the City of Stockton's <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> Mr. Karam revie\\ed the Department of Public Works requirements. Mr. Karam and Mr. Smith <br /> reviewed the Public Works and City of Stockton-s letter regarding the access issue. It was agreed <br /> by Mr. Karam and Mr. Smith to postpone the project for a couple of weeks so Mr. Karam could <br /> contact his Traffic Engineers and the City of Stockton to discuss the issue further and he would <br /> contact Mr. Smith With the results. <br />
