Were present for this item. <br /> Leanne Mueller introduced the project. <br /> Ms. Magdich questioned the Infrastructure Ser\ices. Ms. Mueller reviewed the Infrastructure <br /> Services Policies. <br /> Mr. Mueller asked Ms. Magdich if she had received a coPy of the Initial Study <br /> Ms. Magdich indicated that she had. Ms. Mueller stated that the loss of Agriculture Land is <br /> something that will need to be mitigated at the time the property is developed. The County is <br /> requiring that a mitigation fee to be paid the American Farmland Trust. She stated the mitigation <br /> fee has not been determined at this time. Ms. Magdich questioned hog\ much the mitigation fee <br /> is, and how will it be determined. Mr. Martin informed Ms. Magdich that the American <br /> Farmland Trust determines the fee. Mr. Martin also stated that the Community Development <br /> Department has only used the American Farmland Trust for mitigation once. Mr. Martin <br /> indicated that this is a proposal for mitigafion and that the proposal is still waiting approval. <br /> Ms. Magdich stated that she could not find anything regarding American Farmland Trust in her <br /> research to help her determine infrastructure for mitigation. <br />
