life or property C.F.C. 105.2.1 <br /> 1) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1). Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 2). Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 3). The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4). Provide one van parking space. <br /> 5).
