SECTION 3 <br /> REPORTING OF FINDINGS <br /> This section discusses the reporting of findings, including a <br /> summary of observations during well construction activity and <br /> laboratory reports. <br />' Summary Report <br /> A summary report will be prepared that will include findings from <br /> field work, laboratory analyses, and an evaluation of the data <br /> collected Both the investigation and report will be in accordance <br />' with the guidelines outlined in theTri-Regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of <br /> Underground Tank Sates (10 August 1990) As specified in the <br /> reporting requirements, the data evaluation will include the <br /> following components <br /> • Tables summarizing the analytical data, <br /> • Figures delineating the extent of chemical(s) detected, if any, <br /> i • Ground water gradient and depth to ground water data, and <br /> • A description of the soil stratigraphy as identified from the soil <br /> borings <br /> The report will also contain a copy of the Work Plan, original <br /> laboratory results and chain-of-custody forms, soil boring logs, well <br /> development records and survey records Finally, recommendations <br /> for further work or proposed actions will be provided. <br /> 3-1 <br />
