Therefore, the project will not have any impact on geology and soils. Any future development <br /> of the project site will have to comply with the Califomia Building Code(CBC)which includes provisions for soils reports <br /> for grading and foundations as well as design criteria for seismic loading and other geologic hazards based on fault and <br /> seismic hazard mapping. All recommendations from a soils report must be incorporated into the construction plans. <br /> Similarly, any grading for future development will be done under permit and will be required to comply with the grading <br /> provisions of the California Building Code. <br /> c-d) The proposed project, a General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification, does not propose any development <br /> within the scope of the application, therefore will not affect geology and soils.Any future development of the project site <br /> will be required to submit a soils report for grading and foundations and all recommendations from a soils report must <br /> PA-1900031 and PA-1900037—Initial Study 13 <br />
