I PRELMEWARY HYDROGEQLi • .; C ASSESSMENT REPORT i
5491 "F Street, Banta, California
Delta Project No. 44-88481
Page 10
Boring MW-2 was sampled at 5 feet and 10 feet below grade (samples MW-2-IB and MW-2-2B). Benzene
and TPPH were not found in either of the MW-2 samples. Low levels of other BTEX constituents were
detected. The only sample analyzed from MW-3 was MW-3-2B from 10 feet below grade and did not
a contain detectable BTEX or.TPPH.
TABLE 7
Soil Boring Analytical Results
! Ground water samples were obtained from monitoring well MW-2 i
and MW-3 on May 12, 1989. Monitoring well MW-1 was sampled on August 22, 1988, by ETS, and by
Delta on May 12, and June 27, 1989. Samples collected during each event mentioned above were analyzed
for BTEX, EDC, EDB, and TPPH. The results of all ground water samples analyzed to date are
presented in Table 8. Analytical results for ground water sampled from MW-2 and MW-3 show benzene
and xylene concentrations well below the California state maximum, contaminant levels (MCL) for these
constituents.
y
i
- y
