Workplan for Interim Remediation&4`h Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> (fid, Former Moore Petroleum Bulk Plant,5491 F Street,Banta,California <br /> i Page 7 of 9 <br /> I SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY RESULTS <br /> i On November 13, 2000, Apex personnel conducted a physical well search for an area <br /> encompassing a 2000-feet radius around the source area at the site. Every property in the town of <br /> Banta relies on well water. Figure 5 and Table 4 summarize the results of the sensitive receptor . <br /> survey, physical well search conducted on November 13, 2000. Properties marked as not having <br /> a well share a well with a neighbor. As previously mentioned,Apex sampled two residential <br /> wells (Rhodes and Marty) located immediately downgradient (east) from the site. It should be <br /> noted that one school, the Banta Elementary School, is located cross gradient from the site within <br /> the 2000-feet radius encompassed by the well search. <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> A Site Safety plan (SSP) will be prepared and will be on site during all field activities. All on- <br /> site work will be conducted according to the SSP. The SSP will contain information on the <br /> properties of the hazardous materials known to be on the site.
