(Apex), has been authorized by Moore Petroleum(Moore) to.provide this report documenting the results of groundwater monitoring and site remediation. This report covers groundwater monitoring activities for the third quarter conducted on August 31, 2005. Remediation system compliance sampling for this reporting period was performed on; July 13, and August 15, 2005. Groundwater monitoring and site remediation results are provided in the } attached figures and tables. Apex standard operating procedures, field data, and analytical results are provided as attachments. BACKGROUND January 14, 1994 - Apex began work on this project with groundwater monitoring. Prior to Apex, work conducted at the site included subsurface investigations and groundwater monitoring by Earth Treatment Systems, Inc., of Manteca, California; Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc., of Rancho Cordova, California; Nations Groundwater Associates of Sacramento, California; and Aegis Environmental, Inc. (Aegis), of Roseville, California. Site details may be found in the I, report, titled Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, dated April 1$, 1991, submitted to Moore by Aegis.
