(The fee is $2 , 018 . 00 for each single family <br /> dwelling unit in the Linden area . The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) Collection of the fee will be effective on April <br /> 23 , 1990 , and all building permit applications not accepted <br /> as complete by the Building Department prior to this date <br /> will be subject to the fee . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> a . Perform a suitability study for septic tank usage . In order <br /> for the County to determine the suitability or an area <br /> proposed for septic tank usage , the applicant shall provide <br /> information concerning all of the following : <br /> 1 . The intensity and extent of the existing and the <br /> proposed development on septic tanks within and around <br /> the area ; <br /> 2 . The suitability of the soil for development utilizing <br /> septic systems ; <br /> 3 . The depth and gradient of the water table ; <br /> 4 . The history of past uses in the project area to assess <br /> potential problems ; <br /> 5. Other information as required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division to determine the cumulative effect of <br /> the existing and the proposed development on ground <br /> water contamination . <br /> b. This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549 . Percolation <br /> tests are to be done on each lot and minimum sewage disposal <br /> area as determined by this test is be set aside for each lot <br /> for Environmental Health Division approval . A permit for <br /> the percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required. <br />
