The site is located at 201 West 5th Street in Ripon, <br /> California. The successful bidder will provide services under contract to DeBoer Truck <br /> Lines and will be conducted within the guidelines for the California Underground Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund. <br /> A: Objective <br /> The objective of the work is to carry out a preliminary site assessment at the site, and if <br /> necessary a full soil and groundwater investigation as defined in Section 2722(a) of the <br /> California Underground Storage Tank Regulations (Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 <br /> California Code of Regulations) at 201 West 5th Street, Ripon, California. Initially this <br /> work will involve the collection of soil and ground water data to be submitted in report <br /> form to the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health (DEH) for <br /> determination of whether or not conditions exist that will warrant further investigation or <br /> remedial action. Such conditions typically include: (1)evidence that there is significant(as <br /> determined by the DEH soil contamination at the site; (2) evidence that surface or <br /> groundwater have been, or may be, affected by the release of fuel; (3) evidence that free <br />
