U9 KLEINFELDER <br /> 2.4 Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results collected during the <br /> limited soil assessment and geophysical survey, a report of findings for the soil probes and the <br /> geophysical survey will be prepared for the site for client and agency review. The report will <br /> include: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> • Lithologic Logs <br /> • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified results <br /> • A graphical representation of soil sampling locations <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work <br /> • An analysis, interpretation, and graphical display of the geophysical survey <br /> • .Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. <br /> All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be <br /> released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law <br /> requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an <br /> immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment. Therefore, <br /> the client will be contractually bound to make any said disclosures in lieu of Kleinfelder, its <br /> owners, principals, employees or subcontractors. <br /> 3.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The proposed scope of work would be performed in accordance with the following approximate <br /> schedule. <br /> 7Week3 <br /> Task <br /> Formal authorization rovided by the client <br /> PHS/EHD Permitting <br /> Field Work (assumes immediate Geoprobe rig scheduling) and <br /> Geophysical Survey 2 <br /> Week 4 - 5 Chemical Analysis <br /> Week 6 - 8 Re ort Pre azation <br /> Week 9 Report submitted to the client <br /> Kleinfelder has no control over the time required by a regulatory agency to review and approve a work plan and <br /> permit applications. Kleinfelder will make efforts to expedite their services. <br /> 2 This work would be done by a subcontractor. Kleinfelder selects reputable subcontractors, but, does not have <br /> full control over the time required by said companies.
