It should be noted this sampling and analysis
plan (SAP) is attorney client privileged information and limited in scope as specified
herein. RTD's ROC is currently planned to encompass the following land parcels as
identified with their Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN):
APN: 157-002-02: 2731 E Myrtle St: Sadree Corp
! APN: 157-002-03: 2825 E Myrtle St: (Formerly occupied by Kelinfelder Corp)
E APN: 157-002-04: 2841 E Myrtle St: Laborer's Union Local # 73
APN: 157-002-05: 2849 E Myrtle St (Vacant land)
1 APN: 157-002-06: 3023 E Myrtle St (Golden Bay Fence Plus Ironworks)
During 2007, 2008, and in 2009 (follow up Phase I ESA site visit and interviews for the
Local Laborer's Union Number 73), TRE conducted Phase I ESA for all of the above
referenced land parcels. The results of the Phase I ESA identified a series of
recognized environmental conditions (RECs) as well as historical regional and "legacy"
site contamination coming from the Delmonte's plant# 33 and the Disco site. The
primary objective of this SAP work plan is to conduct a Phase II ESA with a limited and
focused scope for conducting reconnaissance of soil and ground water in the areas
where RECs were identified in the Phase I ESA that may affect the planned
development for RTD's upcoming ROC. Sardee corporation will, however not been
include din the scope of this site reconnaissance until further notice.
