Filbert St. Site Code: 2498 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 Global ID#: T0607700499 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed Site Investigation Work <br /> Plan dated January 15, 2008 submitted by The Source Group and has the following comments. <br /> The plan calls for installing three upper A-zone monitoring wells and one A-zone monitoring well onsite to <br /> further characterize the lateral and vertical extents of the residual petroleum soil and ground water plume. <br /> Soil samples will be collected and the data used to update estimates of sorbed contaminant mass. <br /> The plan is adequate and necessary and approved. [CA H&S Code 25296.10(c)(3)). Please submit <br /> a Well Permit Application Form and $89 fee by March 6, 2009. <br /> In correspondence dated February 25, 2008, the EHD requested that ground water analyses for metals <br /> and minerals be submitted from monitoring wells in the area affect by ozone injection. Unfortunately the <br /> laboratory data submitted did not include all the chemicals that the EHD needs to evaluate the affect of <br /> the ozone injection to the ground water. <br /> Please analyze ground water samples from monitoring well MW-11s and MW-11d and NP-1-70, NP-1-80, <br /> and NP-1-90 for Bromate by EPA Method 317, Bromide by EPA Method 300. Please use EPA Method <br /> SW846-7196 for Cr(VI)with a detection limit no higher than 20 ug/l. <br /> The data for these constituents is to be added to the data in the next quarterly monitoring report (QMR). <br /> Please submit this QMR, all QMRs completed by The Source Group, and this work plan to Geotracker <br /> immediately.
