IIP-94-8 OF <br /> RL CARL FINK (C/O KENNETH CHOO) . <br /> Associate Planner Richard Larrouy; Tom Iwamiya; Kenneth Choo and <br /> Carl Fink were present for this item. <br /> Richard informed applicants that because of the check problem, <br /> the Community Development Department would need to receive a new <br /> check by Friday, June 17th, in order to stay on the July 7th <br /> Planning Commission meeting. <br /> Richard informed applicants that the Development Services <br /> Division has reviewed the application and intends to recommend to <br /> the Planning Commission that it be approved subject to the <br /> conditions of approval. <br /> Richard asked Mr. Choo how many tees he is proposing for the <br /> driving range because that will affect the number of parking <br /> spaces that will be required. Mr. Choo said there will be 40 <br /> tees. Richard said he will need to show the parking spaces on <br /> the improvement plans. <br /> Richard indicated that there shall be no outside storage of <br /> vehicles or equipment associated with the operation or <br /> maintenance of the approved facility. <br /> Ray will contact the City of Lodi regarding the availability of <br /> public sewage disposal and may revise Environmental Health <br /> Division' s conditions of approval accordingly. Ray said that <br /> there will be a possibility that public water and sewer will be <br /> required depending on how the City of Lodi defines the proposed <br /> use. <br /> Tom Gau indicated to Richard they he would need to follow-up with <br /> the City of Lodi regarding possible annexation of the property <br /> and sewer, water and drainge service issues. <br />
