M I N U T E S -2- <br /> Development Committee <br /> Tom Iwamiya asked if the fruit stand was going to be relocated. <br /> Mr. Fink said yes that was his understanding. Tom said the <br /> reason why he is asking is because applicants may be able to get <br /> credit for the existing facility on the traffic impact mitigation <br /> fee. Applicant will need to advise staff how much traffic will <br /> be generated. <br /> Mr. Fink asked if the rate goes with the fruit stand or does it <br /> go with the property? Tom said he would need to do some research <br /> and get back to him. <br /> Tom Gau asked Tom Iwamiya whether a traffic study was going to be <br /> required. Mr. Gau is concerned about the traffic traveling <br /> westbound on Harney Lane making a left hand turn onto the site. <br /> Mr. Iwamiya indicated it was not identified by their traffic <br /> engineer as an adverse impact. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 10: 00 a.m. 2 . SA-94-24 OF <br /> RL GEORGE GALATSATOS (C/O MIRE SMITH <br /> ENGINEERING) . <br /> Associate Planner Richard Larrouy; Richard Hieb; Joe Bagley; <br /> George Galatsatos; Mike Smith; Nancy Walker and Jose Alva were <br /> present for this item. <br /> Richard indicated to applicants that the Development Services <br /> Division has reviewed the above referenced application and <br /> tentatively intends to approve it subject to the conditions of <br /> approval. <br /> Richard will take a look at the previous application submitted by <br /> the applicant for the restaurant on the adjacent property <br /> regarding the landscaping conditions. <br /> Applicants had no questions regarding the Environmental Health <br /> Divisions conditions of approval. <br /> Dick will be adding a requirement for payment of drainage trust <br /> fund fees to the Public Work' s conditions of approval. <br /> Mr. Galatsatos agreed with Mrs. Walker that he would install a <br /> fence along the south property line of the site between the rear <br /> of her building and the east property line. Mr. Galatsatos will <br /> show the fence on the improvement plans. Mrs. Walker has made <br /> arrangements with the fire department to install a fire hydrant <br /> on Mr. Galatsatos property. Mr. Galatsatos has agreed to show <br /> the fire hydrant on the improvement plans as well. <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br />
