UP-94-11 OF ROBERTS ENTERPRISES (C/O HOMER J. OLSEN INC. ) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The applicant is proposing a heavy construction contractors storage yard. This site is located on the east side of Welty Road, just south of State Route 33 , in Vernalis. This item, which was originally scheduled for the Planning Commission hearing of December 15, 1994 , has been moved up to the December 1, 1994 hearing. The Development Committee Meeting originally scheduled for November 23 , 1994 has been cancelled. On November 16, 1994 , the applicant is meeting with representatives from The Community Development Department, Public Works and Environmental Health to review the issues. The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following comments: Conditions Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified; and, other ordinance requirements may apply. This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force.
