OLSEN INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is proposing a heavy construction contractors <br /> storage yard. This site is located on the east side of Welty <br /> Road, just south of State Route 33 , in Vernalis. <br /> This item, which was originally scheduled for the Planning <br /> Commission hearing of December 15, 1994 , has been moved up to the <br /> December 1, 1994 hearing. The Development Committee Meeting <br /> originally scheduled for November 23 , 1994 has been cancelled. <br /> On November 16, 1994 , the applicant is meeting with <br /> representatives from The Community Development Department, Public <br /> Works and Environmental Health to review the issues. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Conditions <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified; and, <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br />
