UP-94-11 -2- <br /> a. This approval is for a heavy construction contractor's <br /> storage yard as shown on the site plan submitted <br /> October 17, 1994. <br /> b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> County Ordinance Code) <br /> C. A minimum of 1 parking space shall be provided, and shall be <br /> for the physically handicapped. (1 space is required for <br /> every employee. ) (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 3) <br /> d. Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty <br /> (40) feet maximum. The design of the driveway shall be such <br /> as to allow trucks to enter and exit property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> e. Truck access gates shall be recessed from the property line <br /> a minimum of sixty five (65) feet. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505. 7) <br /> f. The Improvement Plan shall show all existing and proposed <br /> surfaces. All automobile parking and circulation areas and <br /> major truck circulation/maneuvering areas shall be surfaced <br /> and permanently maintained with a base material and two <br /> inches of asphalt concrete, or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Truck parking spaces <br /> and minor truck circulation areas may be surfaced with base <br /> material and chip seal. Gravel may be used for trailer <br /> storage areas. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> g. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting <br /> the ultimate right-of-way width of Welty Road, shall be <br /> installed across the frontage of the project site prior to <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. All areas not <br /> used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall <br /> be landscaped. Areas of the property which are not part of <br /> the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed <br /> and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020. 9) <br /> h. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. Details shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan.
