UP-94-11 -3- <br /> All storage materials and related activities shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. <br /> Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated <br /> street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than <br /> two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022 .4 [e] [2] [A] ) <br /> j . Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, driveway gates, existing and <br /> proposed utility services, and grading. Storm drainage run- <br /> off shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations shall be <br /> submitted for approval.
