We have already provided slats in the cyclon fence as an aesthetic measure which all adjacent property owners feel is adequate. ) As a gas station "C" store, we are over regulated by a multitude of agencies and l pay substantial fees each year for which we receive absolutely NO benefit. We, as l a gas station are further required to upgrade our gasoline facility to comply withl federal statutes. This cost along is approxinmetly one quarter million dollars andl our bottom line cannot justify this expense. Regardless, we have no choice or we l are unable to sell fuel.The block wall alone will cost between $ 25,000 and $ 30,0 0. This requirement on top of the tank and piping upgrade will place our business in jeopardy of survival and at best present a severe economic hardship which we are Isee 1 Ust any conditionlsl and or findings being accealed and give reasons why you think it should be modified or removed: p.2) v aoplication should be approved because failure to do so may bankrupt our l business and the tax revenue it generates.
