REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-31 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Landscaping: <br /> 1) A minimum five-foot-wide planting strip is required along <br /> the frontage of Waterloo Road. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where it is crossed by driveways. <br /> b. Parking requirements: <br /> 1) A minimum of seven parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> customers and employees. <br /> 2) All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br /> 3) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement. Bumper guards shall be provided where necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Section 9- <br /> 3704 (a) ) <br /> C. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises, with no spillover beyond the project site. <br /> d. Signs shall meet the following requirements: <br /> 1) Signs are to be attached to the wall and they shall not <br /> extend beyond the building wall. <br /> 2) The area of a sign shall not exceed ten percent of the <br /> area of the wall against which it is located. <br /> e. Sales area for the vehicles shall be limited to the following <br /> area: <br /> 1) Inside the fenced area. <br /> 2) Forty feet from the west fence. <br />
