REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-31 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> 1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. ,Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards hall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated int he grading plans. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> NOTE: This application requires a discretionary approval, (e.g. <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
