CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-31 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated int he grading plans. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> NOTE: This application requires a discretionary approval, (e.g. <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Landscaping: <br /> 1) A minimum five-foot-wide planting strip is required along <br /> the frontage of Waterloo Road. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where it is crossed by driveways. <br /> b. Parking requirements: <br /> 1) A minimum of seven parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> customers and employees. <br />
