PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County rules and regulations. <br /> 3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division. <br /> 1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> 1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. ,Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards hall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br />
