A traffic impact study, commissioned by the County, shall be completed prior to approval of this <br /> application. The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the <br /> Department of Public Works Infrastructure Planning Division,prior to Department of Public Works <br /> preparing or contracting for the required study.
