Phase one will begin by summer 2005 and Phase two will begin
within 5 years. The proposed project is located on the north side of Waterloo Road, 450
feet west of Sunset Avenue in Stockton.
Potential cumulative transportation impacts may occur when this and other development
projects are fully implemented near this vicinity. Therefore, we strongly recommend that
Impact, Developer, or Fair Share fees be collected and deposited with the lead agency to
pay for future infrastructure upgrades or other impacts at the intersection of State Route 99
and Waterloo Road.
Please forward all Final Conditions of Approval including any mitigation's that are being
requested as well as any other documents and staff reports on this proposed project for our
review, comments, and records.
We look forward to continuing to work with you in a cooperative manner.
