The contractor awarded this contract, and any <br /> subcontractor or lower-tier subcontractor, shall- comply <br /> with the Labor Standards , Provisions set forth :in the <br /> California Labor Code and Administrative Code regarding <br /> the payment of prevailing wages on public works. <br /> B. Employees performing work on this public works project <br /> shall be paid the current prevailing rate of per diem <br /> wages pursuant to Section 1773 .2 of the Labor Code. The <br /> prevailing rate of per diem wages is meant to include: <br /> 1. The prevailing basic straight-time hourly rate of <br /> pay; <br /> 2. The prevailing rate of holiday and overtime pay; <br /> 3 . : The prevailing rate of employer payments for <br /> specified fringe benefits; <br /> 4. Travel time and subsistence pay. <br /> C. A copy of the prevailing wage rate determination shall be <br /> made available to the prime contractor and shall be <br /> posted at the project site or home office.
