It has been explained, in past correspondence from this <br /> office to you, the basis or reasoning for this request. Closure certification <br /> from this office will not occur until it is shown that groundwater has not <br /> been impacted from the documented release of petroleum from the <br /> former underground tanks. <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 <br /> (Underground Storage Tank Regulations) Section 2652(d) requires quarterly <br /> status reports be submitted to PHS/EHD and Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board until the investigation and cleanup of the site are complete. <br /> Submission of these reports is to begin immediately. <br /> The report should include data generated from past investigations and any <br /> plans for future investigation to show the extent of soil and groundwater <br /> contamination with a time schedule for implementing the proposed action. <br /> A Dirbion of Son}owpdn Counry Heath Care Setvios 0 <br />
