'
A work plan was requested but has not been received. It is the wish of this department that the
investigation proceed in a timely manner, therefore,a work plan for a groundwater investigation should be
submitted to this department by August 12, 1991.
Having the opportunity to use wells at an adjacent site for the initial groundwater gradient determination
is uncommon and the time and money saved by doing so is not enjoyed by most responsible parties. With
drought conditions (and associated drop in the water table) the availability of using those monitoring wells
may be limited.
Also, documentation as to where the stockpiled soil was transported is needed by this department. Please
submit by August 12, 1991.
If there are any questions, please contact Linda Turkatte, EHS, at (209)468-3442.
Jogi Khanna, MJ ., M.P.H.
Health Offic
d2a'%?,i y
'e A.
