*-
00, ). H. KLEINFELDER & ASSOCIATES
File: W-2019-1
April 16, 1986
Page 8
' observations, air photograph inspection and literature review, the
subject project appears to have been under cultivation since at
least 1937, and has been used primarily for agriculture until the
construction of Grupe Business Park.
IX. LIMITATIONS
The findings in this report are based upon:
1 . The three borings drilled for soil analyses and completed
as monitoring wells.
2 . The observations of our field personnel .
3. The results of analyses of the soil and water sample.
4 . The results provided by California Water Labs of Modesto,
California.
This report was prepared in general accordance with the
accepted standard of care which exists in Northern California at
the time the investigation was performed. It should be recognized
that definition and evaluation of geologic conditions is a
. difficult and inexact art. Judgments leading to conclusions and
recommendations are generally made with an incomplete knowledge of
the subsurface conditions present. No warranty, expressed or
implied, is made.
