Site Name and Location: North Shore Property (Parcels), located south of <br /> West Fremont Street, north of the Stockton Channel, east of North Lincoln <br /> Street and west of North Madison Street in Stockton, California. <br /> A. List any other names that have been used to identify sites: North Shore <br /> Parcels; Banner Island Ballpark; Stockton Arena; Stockton Events Center. <br /> B. Address of site if different from above: <br /> C. Assessor's Parcel Numbers: 137- 410- 01, - 02, - 04, - 05, - 06, and - 07. <br /> 2. Responsible Parties: City of Stockton Department of Housing and <br /> Redevelopment <br /> 425 North EI Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Relationship to site: Current property owner. <br /> Brief Description and History of the Site: <br /> The subject property which occupies approximately 14.5 acres was <br /> historically occupied by various land uses, including: shipbuilding and <br /> repair; steel storage and fabrication; switching yard for Western Pacific <br /> Rail Road; auto repair and salvage; and a dairy distribution facility. A <br /> Remedial Action Plan (RAP) was prepared for the property under the <br /> oversight of DTSC to determine the following: contaminants of concern <br /> (CDCs) at the site, media impacted by the site COCs, the hazard and risk <br /> posed by conditions at the site to human health and the environment; <br /> remedial action objectives (RAOs, i.e. cleanup goals) under a <br /> commercial/industrial land use scenario; remedial action alternatives; and, <br /> recording a deed restriction for the site. <br /> The approved RAP identified soil RAOs for the following COCs (i.e. <br /> contaminants of concern): arsenic (As), lead (Pb), total petroleum <br /> 1 <br />
