The approved RAP identified the following <br /> primary remedial activities: contaminated soil removal; soil sampling to <br /> confirm that the COCs were at or below the RAOs; and backfilling with <br /> clean soil. <br /> An approved Remedial Design and Implementation Plan (RDIP) outlined <br /> activities to be performed during the selected remedial action alternative. <br /> Remedial activities took place from December 2003 through April 2004. <br /> Remedial activities included: excavation, removal, and off-site disposal of a <br /> total of approximately 2,600 cubic yards of arsenic, lead, TPH, and PAH <br /> contaminated soil; sampling and analysis of the soils during and after <br /> excavation; and backfilling the excavations with fill material. DTSC <br /> approved the Remediation Completion Report dated August 11, 2005 <br /> 4.
