Review of historic data reveals no specific trend with regard to TPH as -- - _
- gasoline concentrations in wells MW4 and MWS. Concentrations of TPH as gasoline in M_W1
have.decreased from 1992 to November of 1998.. However, the August 8, 1999-sampling = -
analysis showed an increase in TPH as gasoline concentrations in MW 1. While the reason for:.
this fluctuation remains unclear, groundwater levels-which are almost at seven year highs, 'may
_ behaving a localized impact on petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations. MtBE was not-detected _
= T
many of the monitoring wells. Benzene was detected in wells MW4 and MWS at concentrations
- of 4,600 µg/1 and 8,700-µg/1;respectively. A summary of analytical results for ground water
_ -samples obtained from the six on-site and one off-site monitoring wells are included as Table 2. _
_ - Complete analytical reports and chain-of-custody documentation are included in the appendix. „ x
` - The next quarter of groundwater monitoring and sampling is scheduled for November 1999. Our,
g `
..
report for next quarter will be transmitted-upon completion of laboratory testing.
