WALLACE • KuHL November 19, 1995 <br /> - <br /> ` &ASSOCIATES INC. <br /> Mr Steve Jerkins A11 9' 44 <br /> Crystal Creamery <br /> 1013 D Street <br /> Sacramento, California 95814 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> 404 WEST FREMONT STREET <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WKA No 1628 04 <br /> Dear Mr Jerkins, <br /> i <br /> As required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are submitting <br /> this quarterly status report for the subject property located at 404 West Fremont <br /> Street in Stockton, California (Plate 1) <br /> Most recent ground water elevation measurements of the six on-site monitoring <br /> wells (MW1 through MW6) were obtained on August 15, 1996 Based on these <br /> f most recent ground water elevation measurements, ground water is approximately <br /> 19 feet below grade and the flow direction beneath the site is calculated to be to the <br /> northeast with a hydraulic gradient of 0 007 feet/foot as shown on Plate 2 <br /> Geotechnical Engineering <br /> Ground water samples were also obtained from on-site monitoring wells on August <br /> Engineering Geology 8, 1996 Prior to sampling, each well was checked for visual signs of free product <br /> Environmental Consulting using a clear bailer <br /> Remediation Services Approximately three well volumes of water were purged from each well using a <br /> ' two-inch submersible pump until temperature, pH, and conductivity readings <br /> Construction inspection <br /> stabilized and/or the water cleared of sediment The water samples were then <br /> Materials Testing collected using a new polyethylene disposable bailer Water from the disposable <br /> } bailer was decanted into appropriate sample containers provided by the laboratory <br /> 1 � <br /> The samples were immediately_placed in an ice-chest with ice and submitted under <br /> - 3050 industrial Blvd chain-of-custody to a California-certified laboratory for analysis of Total Petrolellin� <br /> West Sacramento Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline using EPA test method 8015 modified, and <br /> Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Total Xylenes (BTEX) using EPA test <br /> CA 95691 method 602 <br /> ti K Fax 916 372 2565 <br /> 916 372 1434 <br /> Recycled paper <br />
