u
404 WEST FREMONT
WKA No 1628 04
April 4, 1995
Page 2
The stormwater system drains southerly from the site and empties into the Stockton Deep Water
Channel (see attached Plate 2) However, based on the small volume of water placed into the
stormwater drain, the period of time the water has been stored onsite (over one and one-half
years), and the low concentrations of contaminants in the water at the time of disposal, we
believe there has been no significant impact to water quality to the Stockton Deep Water
Channel
Nevertheless, we regret our error and have taken measures to ensure that accidental improper
disposal will not occur again These measures include a water policy communicated to all of our
employees that no water, clean or otherwise, will be disposed of onsite without the review of the
appropriate drainage plans, and confirmation by a city employee of the proper drainage inlet
We appreciate your bringing to our attention this incident and emphasize that we have seen to it
that it will not happen again
. Sincerely,
Richard Premzic
Protect Geologist
Anthony Saracino
Director of Geologic and Environmental Services
RP AS sdm
Attachments
.
