Item No. 3
PC: 11-1-90
MS-90-127
Page 4
10100 (c) . The rationale for this required soil study is that
parcels proposed for septic system development should not be
allowed unless it is first determined that the site is suitable for
septic system development.
APPEAL STATEMENT:
The applicant has also appealed five other ordinance requirements
that require all-weather creek crossings, access improvements to
meet Uniform Fire Codes, and permits for the installation of wells
and septic systems (1 (f) , 1 (h) , 1 (i) , 2 (b) , and 2 (c) ) . The
applicant maintains that this should be at the time of development
and not prior to the recordation of the Parcel Map.
RESPONSE⢠
There are no issues raised by the appeal of these five
requirements. These requirements are to be implemented when
improvements are made to the Remainder Parcel.
