A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from Environmental Health Division is <br /> required. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on <br /> parcels #1 and #2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> parcels #1 and #2 under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> e. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br />
