PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> preformed prior to Parcel Map approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 <br /> prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test <br /> and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval on parcels #1. A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from Environmental Health Division is <br /> required. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on <br /> parcels #1 and #2 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> parcels #1 and #2 under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> e. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department for approval by the Environmental <br /> Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan. <br />
