The owners "inability to take care <br /> of the large acreage" does not constitute an extraordinary or <br /> exceptional circumstance that does not apply to other properties <br /> in the zoning district. <br /> Finding No. 3 states: <br /> The strict application of the regulation deprives the property <br /> of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity. <br /> This finding cannot be made because this property allows all of the <br /> uses and benefits enjoyed by properties in the vicinity.
