Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable . <br /> 2 . 11 . 01 - The sewage disposal system shall comply with <br /> the rules and regulations of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 549 prior to Improvement Plan approval . <br /> A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required, on <br /> parcel 1 and 2 , for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation tests from the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> 3 . 11 . 03 - Construct an individual sewage disposal system, <br /> on parcel 1 , under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> 4 . 22 . 01 - Construction of an individual domestic water <br /> well , on parcel 1 , under a well permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development . <br /> 5 . 11 . 08 - Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Department for approval by the <br /> Environmental Health division showing sewage and well <br /> information as required by the improvement plan . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Hralth Care Services (' <br />
