The property is located at the southwest corner <br /> of McDonald and Inland Roads, west of Stockton in San Joaquin <br /> County, California. <br /> Preliminary plans provided to our firm indicate that the <br /> approximate 500-acre property will be split into 4 parcels of <br /> approximately 65, 79 , 66 and 290 acres each. We have assumed that <br /> any construc%�on on the parcels would consist of single-family <br /> residences. A plot plan showing the approximate location of the <br /> property is presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated August 2 , 1990. Our services were initiated based <br /> on your written authorization of August 15, 1990 . The items listed <br /> under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with <br /> our responses. <br />
