Where <br /> necessary GHH will secure encroachment permits and right-of-entry agreements for any off-site <br /> investigation activities. <br /> i <br /> .Utility Survey <br /> li <br /> Prior to conducting any subsurface investigations, USA will be notified to locate any utilities in <br /> the vicinity of the probe locations. This will serve to assess potential obstructions beneath the site <br /> `hand enhance the assessment of man-made structures potentially acting as conduits for migration <br /> of hydrocarbons. <br /> Health and Safety Plan <br /> ii <br /> `'A site specific HSP will be developed by GHH to minimize the potential for accidents or <br /> Iipotentially dangerous exposure to chemicals, as well as to identify the nearest emergency medical <br /> facility_ A draft copy of the HSP is included in Appendix B. <br /> 3 <br /> I� <br />
