Refer to tails.
prior .reports for more details.
DEPTH TO GROUNDWATER:
Based upon data from the three monitoring wells on the property,
the water table is about 13. 5' bgl. The gradient is to the
north/northeast, which agrees closely with regional data.
BRIEF Y nv alO W K RMED 0L_TM S T :
iebruarg 19$8 - 500 gallon UST which had contained
gasoline
removed from site. A soil sample taken at 13' bgl revealedthes
Presence of petroleum hydrocarbons. Spoil was returned to hole &
no further work done.
F bruary jL=Marc 199 _ Three (3) groundwater monitoring well
were placed on the property as shown on
s
PLAT TTT. Wells #1 & #3
did not reveal any contamination in either soil or groundwater
samples. However, MW-2, in a downgradient position from the
removed UST, measured BTEX & TPH-G in both soil & water samples;
refer to TABLE l for details. Hydraulic gradient indicated to be
to the north. For more details of that work, refer to the report
titled "Site Assessment Report and Laboratory Analysis of Soil &
Groundwater Samples to Define Contamination from Leaking UST"
dated April 25, 1994, prepared by Wm. J. Hunter & Associates.
June. 1994 - First quarterly monitoring revealed the
-BTEX & TPH-G in MW-2; levels were lower than first recorded. of
MW-2 & MW-3 still below detection levels as shown on 1ARLE 11 .
Gradient still to the north.
September 199A Second quarterly monitoring measured continued
lower levels of BTEX; however, TPH-G had increased significantly.
MW-2 & MW-3 still below detection limits. Hydraulic gradient has
shifted about 40 degrees to the northeast.
1
2
