t RV-88-5 page 3 <br /> 4 . A trash enclosure shall be designated or. the Site Plan. The <br /> enclosure shall be designed to accomodate all trash receptacles <br /> and constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated <br /> on the fourth side. In addition, covered trash cans shall <br /> be conveniently located throughout the RV park. <br /> 5 . Will there be an office located on-site? If so, it should <br /> be shown on the site-plan. <br /> 6 . If lighting is proposed, the location, type, and height of <br /> all lighting shall be shown on the Site Plan. Light standards <br /> shall not exceed 15 ' in height. All lighting shall be hooded <br /> and oriented to avoid glare onto adjacent properties . <br /> 7 . If any additional uses are planned for the vacant portion <br /> of the site between Cook Road and the laundry/restroom facility, <br /> they should be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> 8 . A minimum 10 foot wide landscaped buffer shall be shown along <br /> the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries of the project <br /> site. Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall <br /> be shown on the Site Plan or on a separate landscaping plan. <br /> Landscaping details shall include a key showing size, type, <br /> number and spacing of all proposed planting. Details of <br /> an automatic and timed sprinkler system shall be shown. All <br /> approved landscaping and sprinklers shall be in place prior <br /> to issuance of an occupancy permit, or the institution of <br /> the use. <br /> The perimeter landscaped areas shall be planted in the following <br /> manner: <br /> Trees: Spaced not to exceed 25 feet on center at a ratio <br /> of 25% - 15 gallons, 50% - 5 gallons, 25% - 1 gallon. <br /> Shrubs: Spaced not to exceed 10 feet on center at a ratio <br /> of 20% - 5 gallons, 80% - 1 gallon. <br /> Groundcover: 100% coverage. <br /> The area between Cook Road and the restroom/laundry facility <br /> shall be landscaped using a combination of trees, shrubs <br /> and groundcover (100% coverage) . <br /> 9 . If any fencing around the facility is proposed, it should <br /> be shown on the site plan. Also indicate the height and <br /> type of fencing material. <br /> 10 . Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign, with <br /> a maximum sign area of 24 square feet per face. Details <br /> of the sign shall be included on the Site Plan, or on the <br /> separate landscaping plan. <br /> KS: jdh <br />
