The Health District has the following concerns on this pre- <br /> application that need to be addressed (state specifics) . <br /> WATER: <br /> 1 . Constrution of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 2. Construct a water well under permit and inspection <br /> District prior to occupancy. Should the number orlla4i4 4- Veexceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of se/ vice <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> System under the provisions of Title 22, CAC, will be required by <br /> the Health District. <br /> 3. Submit plans designed by a registered engineer to the Health <br /> District for review. Plans for the development shall include the <br /> well locations, water distribution system and all subsurface sewage <br /> disposal fields. <br /> 4. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Health <br /> District as follows ( state specific condition of well ) : <br /> 5. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Health District. <br /> 6. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply <br /> system(s) . <br /> 7. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required . <br />
