A test well will be required , water quality tested to meet <br /> Title 22, CAC (Safe Drinking Water Act) standards, and be <br /> approved by the Health District and County Public Works prior <br /> to recordation of the final map. <br /> b. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that <br /> they have the capacity to serve the development and that the <br /> system meets State standards prior to recording the final map' <br /> 8. Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> SEWAGE: <br /> 9. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy. <br /> 10. Submit plans for approval by the Health Distict for a sewage treat- <br /> ment plant or a sewage disposal system for the entire development' <br /> The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. / <br /> 11 . Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and <br /> inspection by the Health District (state specific repairs) ' <br /> 12. Open , pump backfill the septic tank , seepage pit or excavation <br /> under permit and inspection by the Health District. <br /> 13. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> a. A letter will be required from the sewer district stating that <br /> they have the capacity to serve the proposed project prior to <br /> recording the final map. <br /> 14. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board , Central Valley Region , prior to development ' <br /> l}AI}�� <br /> 15. Submit three sets of building plans for review by the Health <br /> District. Plans shall include the design of the entire dairy <br /> facility (milking barn, corrals, free stall housing, shelter sheds, <br /> dry cow facilities, calf barns, and waste water ponds) . <br /> 16' All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health <br /> problem, <br /> 17. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount <br /> which would preclude good waste management practices' <br /> SOLID WASTE: <br /> 18. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored , <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with <br /> ' <br />
