Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill site. <br /> 20. Applicant must meet all state regulations pertaining to solid <br /> waste as contained in Title 7.3 and 7.8, California Government <br /> Coder and Title 14, California Administrative Code. <br /> HAZARDOUS WASTE: <br /> 21 ' Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Health <br /> District. <br /> 22. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed hazardous storage tank <br /> to the Health District for review prior to installation ' <br /> 23. If floor drains are required , they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground ev7poration <br /> pond that is lined or sealed with a material approved by the <br /> Health District' This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer' <br /> 24. The Subdivider shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit of the <br /> the Toxic Substance Control Division of the State Department of <br /> Health Services a letter approved by the Health District request- <br /> ing a determination under the provisions of Article 11 , California <br /> State Health and Safety Code' The reponse from the Department of <br /> Health Services, or the letter from the subdivider requesting that <br /> a determination be made, is to be recorded in the Title Report and <br /> the subdivision ' s Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions. <br /> STANDARD EVACUATION CONDIIIONS: <br /> 25. All sewage lines are to be tightly capped when a mobile home is <br /> disconnected from a line during evacuation ' <br /> 26' All mobile homes, upon removal from park , cannot be occupied <br /> unless proper sewage facilities and potable water are provided . <br /> 27. Following evacuation , before the mobile homes can be returned to <br /> the park , the water well and distribution system must be properly <br /> chlorinated and a satisfactory water sample obtained . <br /> 28. Sewage disposal system(s) must be inspected and operable before <br /> mobile homes can be reoccupied . <br /> , <br /> 29. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District for the necessary air pollution permits. <br /> 30. Submission of three (3) sets of detailed swimming pool plans to <br /> ' <br />
