Dedication of a 30-foot-wide right-of-way from the cen- <br /> terline of White Lane to the property line shall be <br /> required. Alignment of the "S" curve shall be established <br /> with a minimum radius of 800 feet to clear the residence <br /> on the west side of White Lane, + 700 feet north of the <br /> existing perpendicular jog. <br /> h. A Preliminary Soils Report , including R-Value tests, shall <br /> be provided for the structural design of the road. <br /> i . A Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee currently is $2 , 672 . 00 for each <br /> dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record .
