Health Division. A permit for the percolation tests is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. Determine the suitability of the area for septic tank <br /> usage as required by Section 9-10100 of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Code . <br /> c . Show on the Improvement Plan the location of the required <br /> sewage disposal field and the domestic well . <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development . <br /> e . Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> at the time of development . <br /> f . Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demoli- <br /> tion material from the premises to an approved landfill <br /> site . <br /> g. Destroy the irrigation wells on proposed Parcels No . 3 and <br /> 5 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material : <br /> ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U. B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br />
