Determine the suitability of the area for septic tank usage as required by Section 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code . c . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development . e . Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development . f . Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demoli- tion material from the premises to an approved landfill site . g. Destroy the irrigation wells on proposed Parcels No . 3 and 5 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: Ordinance Requirements : The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project . Other Ordinance requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material : ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U. B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- cable. (3) Grading in excess of 5000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection.
